Shipping Information

Standard UK Next Day Delivery

UK standard delivery orders are sent using Parcelforce. Once your parcel has been collected by Parcelforce (the same working day if ordered before 3pm) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive to inform you of the 1 hour window in which you should expect delivery. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order.

All shipping prices shown above are per box of 28kgs, or a full box of contents I.E 12 yoga mats is one full box.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

Tracking For UK Deliveries

To track your order:

1. Follow the link https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace
2. Enter your tracking number in the 'tracking' box on the top left hand side of the page

Tracking numbers can be found on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. Your tracking number will look like this:
